Commercial Building Compliance Services
As an accredited assessor, we specialise in providing consultancy services in achieving compliance with Part L of the BRUKL building regulations. For commercial properties, we use SBEM methodologies to calculate and produce Energy Performance Certificates that demonstrate the building is compliant and energy efficient.
Residential Building Compliance Services
Using SAP calculations for newly built dwellings and residential properties based on the construction of the home and it’s internal environment, we are able to measure and produce Energy Performance Certificates that comply with Part L building regulations and the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES).
Low Carbon Strategies and Ska Environmental Accreditation
From design concepts through to construction, we advise on the most effective measures based on design, cost and benefits which are added into the scope of works for the project. Based on this, an environmental assessment will reflect what Ska rating is awarded based on how the project is delivered, in terms of waste management and energy in use.

Most planning authorities now require planning applications to include comprehensive sustainability and energy statements for development. Coherent and professional statements play a vital role in ensuring planning content for a site. Some authorities in addition will require you to submit evidence that the proposals will also achieve minimum levels of energy or CO2 reduction. We produce energy statements and certificates that cover key sustainability issues and match the requirement of your local planning authority. We offer energy certification to large residential buildings across the UK and have worked with several buildings producing statements that comply with the London Plan.
